Mark has been with RJ Telecommunications since 2004, when he started as a ground tech at 17 years old. In the past five years, Mark has helped RJ transition from an outdated sales and installation-based company model to a highly efficient, polished, and competitive voice and data service provider. He is now the president and proud owner of RJ Telecommunications, and plans to take RJ even farther to become a locally known and trusted asset in the business voice and data world.

Ryan has over 20 years of experience in the IT world. A US Navy veteran, he is innovative and plays a large part in why our network backbone systems are running so smoothly and efficiently. Give him a difficult task and he's always up to the challenge. His technical prowess continues to help keep our company up to date with the ever-changing data and communications landscape.

Emily is our newly appointed office manager and controller. Although new to the world of telecommunications, she is not new to customer service and happily provides support and assistance to all of our customers. She is the first person you talk to when calling RJ, and she will ensure your call is handled with care!

Elizabeth Crossman has abundant experience in managing projects and people across various fields of work. With her helpful, cordial and can-do-it attitude, she embodies RJ's "Customer Service First" philosophy. RJ is happy to invite her to the team in her primary roles of Project Manager and Customer Care Specialist.
